Nothing brings excitement to an event like, “Real Live Reindeer!” Reindeer are a crowd-boosting feature that can enhance any event for your business or organization. And reindeer are available for rent in the short term and leasing for longer periods of time.

Reindeer Rental and Leasing

For renting, Crystal Collection Reindeer (CCR) will bring reindeer to your place of business or event. Reindeer rental usually lasts anywhere between 2 and 6 hours.

Leasing reindeer occurs for an extended amount of time, usually from two weeks (short term reindeer lease) to two months (long term reindeer lease). Leasing reindeer also comes with specific requirements.

For leasing, CCR will provide the reindeer feed, hay, along with containers for each, including water. Also, any veterinarian documentation or anything that might be required for specific laws or ordinances surrounding your event. This also includes a veterinarian certificate of health and permit, as required, for entering an out-of-state location/event.

Additionally, CCR will provide training to the individuals your select to care for and feed the animals. CCR is also be available 24/7 for phones from reindeer caretakers and leasers.

Reindeer Leasing Requirements

If you’re planning to lease reindeer there are several things that you’ll need to provide to ensure a positive experience.

Reindeer Bedding: You’ll need to provide bedding to cover the entire surface if the pen with 6 inches of woodchips or shavings. That’s at all times.

Attendants: You’ll need to provide an attendant or attendants to help prevent physical contact between the reindeer and the people attending your event.

Caretaker: A reindeer caretaker attendant is required and must attend CCR training. The caretaker will be responsible of the feeding and overall care of the reindeer according to CCR requirements and instructions. It’s important the reindeer only be fed by the caretaker.

Upon visiting with Crystal Collection Reindeer other lease requirements will be required such as pen size, pen location, etc.
